Five Places I Want To Visit

Wanderlust strikes again and here I am writing about travelling, this time with five of the places I want to visit and why. Hopefully one day I’ll be fortunate enough to tick these off my bucket list! There’s quite a mix on here from European to North American, beachy holidays and city breaks.

First of all, let’s start off in Europe with Budapest.
I’d love to inter-rail around Europe some of the places including Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and on to other places. It’d be a great opportunity to visit so many places at once to see some amazing scenery and experience nearby cultures. However Budapest is a 100% must if I were to inter-rail, the city has such gorgeous scenery, beautiful views of the River Danube and a thermal bath on offer!

Followed by Copenhagen.
Whenever I see pictures of Copenhagen it gives me a throwback to my childhood watching Balamory haha. The colourful buildings in Nyhavn are a huge selling point to me for Copenhagen, it looks like a colourful Amsterdam with this being the entertainment district, I just think it’d make for a perfect weekend break exploring what Denmark have to offer!

Then heading towards Iceland.
I’m not one for cold weather, but I’d happily suck it up and deal with it if it meant I could see the Northern Lights and have a dip in the Blue Lagoon. The scenery yet again, would make for something incredible, and be something completely different to where i’ve been/ what i’ve done before.

Moving across to dreamy West Coast of the USA with California.
A given on anybody’s destination list. Hollywood, Santa Monica, Long beach, Venice beach, Los Angeles, San Fransisco, yes please! I’d LOVE to take a visit to the Warner Bro’s Studio to see the sets of some incredible shows and behind-the-scenes aspects of some of the worlds best creations! It’s fair to say I think I’d need around a month or two in California to complete everything I want to!

Finishing in the middle of the South Pacific in Fiji.
Now for a dreamy relaxing holiday, the beaches look insane, the water looks clear and the palm trees like they’re out of a movie. I could imagine sitting on the beach sipping cocktails out of a coconut – dreamy! This would just be an insanely relaxing holiday with gorgeous photo opportunities. Imagine staying in a hut out at sea?! Get me there now!

Where’s your dream destination?

  1. Yaiii, you should definitely visit Copenhagen. Since I live in Denmark I’ve been there quiet a few times now, and I love it every single time. I will say that Nyhavn is obviously really gorgeous however there’s so much more amazing architecture in Copenhagen. Like; Amalienborg (where the Royal family lives), Børsen & Christiansborg. Hit me up if you’re planing on going then I can easily make a littl’ guide to you of all the places I’d recommend you visit <3 Have a wonderful week and enjoy this lovely Summer xx

This post has given me major wanderlust – seeing The Nothern Lights is a dream, and California has been on the top of my list for the longest time. I’m desperate to travel to Japan and visit Tokyo and Kyoto! So many amazing places but so little money. Loved this! X
