Finding The Perfect Travel Companion

Before I jetted off to New York I created a blog post with flight bag essentials, when it came to my actual travels it wasn’t as blogger glamorous and organised as the blog post shows. I had so much faffing around with the contents of my bag all getting jumbled up every time I wanted anything and my passport being at the bottom of my bag during the most incontinent times and my water bottle constantly tipping over. What a mare.

Having got easily fed up with my bag, I came to the conclusion that I definitely needed to invest in a proper flight bag if I wanted to be organised. The bag that I used was just a simple white handbag, since I refuse to spend a fortune on flight bags that look ugly. You have to travel in style, right?! So when Mia Tui London offered to send me one of their travel bags I jumped at the offer, the Mia Tui travel bags they have ticks in both my boxes… practical and pretty✔️.
Since receiving my bag I’ve trialed it out and can honestly say I am so impressed. Even from the point of receiving my bag through the post, it came in a Mia Tui protective bag, definitely giving me the Gucci and Louis Vuitton vibes. These Mia Tui bags still have great quality faux leather material without costing £1,270!
The bag that I ordered is named Jennie in Dove Grey, this bag has a pocket on the back that slips over the handles on your suitcase making it easier to transport all your luggage around (meaning you can go ahead and add in that extra pair of shoes😉). As for the actual size of the bag [W40cm, D15cm, H30cm], it’d be perfect to fit plenty of stuff in for an overnight stay or weekend trip either in England or abroad.
The designer of Mia Tui, Charlotte, wanted to create bags that were more than just empty sacks, constantly losing your keys, phone and money into the depth of the big black hole. Therefore these bags are designed with plenty of helpful designated pockets that you can take advantage of. Including an insulated bottle holder, avoiding any leaking bottle falling over and ruining all the scrunched up receipts at the bottom of your bag. But don’t you worry, everything has been thought about, even if your water bottle leaks the bags have a water-proof interior!
Alongside two large pockets inside with additional removable accessory bags. One of which being a transparent bag so you could use this for your liquids in customs. Being conveniently placed you wont be in such a mass panic to obey officers orders taking your liquids out and shoes off. The other bag is the same faux leather as the outside of the Mia Tui bag coming with additional straps so you can take it out and use it as a secondary bag or leave it inside with your passport and important documents (as I will be doing to avoid my passport getting lost in the bottom!). Not forgetting the all important phone and pen pockets.
I’m so excited to use this travel bag when I go to Sorrento next week and truly see how well it works… I’ll keep you updated on my social media! In the meantime, you can get your hands on your own Mia Tui London Travel Bag so you can travel fashionably and practically too!
